Fresh Tomato Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 5 Small, peeled and chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dark corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a medium saucepan add onion and garlic in butter and saute till tender.
2)Add tomato, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, salt, chilly powder and dry mustard in the pan and let it boil.
3)Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes , stirring occasionally, by adding corn syrup into it.
SERVING
4)Serve it with grilled beef or ribs.
TIPS
Sauce can be used to baste beef or ribs when grilling.
