Tangy Brussels Sprouts With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 10 Ounce
  Onion 1 Large
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Boil water in steamer.
2)Wash and trim Brussels sprouts.
3)Coarsely chop onion.

MAKING
4)In a skillet heat oil.
5)Saute onion till it turns tender.
6)For 10 minutes steam sprouts.
7)Once onion is tender, stir in puree.
8)Add cooked sprouts.
and season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
9)Serve it hot.
