Curried Meat Balls In Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, freshly minced
  Breadcrumbs 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely-chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 Small
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
For sauce
  Cabbage 4 Ounce, finely shredded
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Peppers 2 , deseeded and chopped
  Potato 1 Large, peeled and diced
  Water 1⁄2 Pint, boiled
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Natural yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY

1) Wash the cabbage and shred.
2) Chop the onions and peppers.
3) Wash the potatoes and dice them.

MAKING

4) Take the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, curry powder, pepper and egg in a bowl. Mix them well.
5) Shape this mixture into small balls.
6) Take a pan and heat butter and oil together.
7) Fry the meatballs to make all the sides brown.
8) Add little water and simmer for 30 minutes.
9) Add cabbage, onion, pepper, potato along with seasoning into the water.
10) Simmer for 20 minutes to make a thick sauce.

SERVING

11) Serve the dish immediately.
