Ginger and Spring Onion Sauce
|Spring onions||3 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Fresh ginger||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Light soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||3 Tablespoon (Preferably Ground Nut)|
1. Set the oil aside
2. In a large heatproof bowl, place all the ingredients and mix them well.
3. Heat a wok or frying-pan and pour in the oil; heat the oil till it is smoking. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the hot oil into the bowl with the other ingredients.
4. The sauce starts sizzling and it can be used when it cools down.
5. Use as a sauce, as a dip or a marinade
