Boiled Beef With Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Boneless beef bottom round 2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  Boneless veal 1 Pound
  Italian sausages 10 (Hot / Sweet)
  Broiler chicken 1 , quartered
  Onion 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and minced
  Carrots 2 , peeled and coarsely chopped
  Leek 1 , chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Anchovy fillets 2
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and halved
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon, strained
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put the beef, chicken, veal sausages, onion, carrots, garlic, leek, salt, thyme and marjoram. Pour water all over.
2) Cover the cooker and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

FINALIZING
3) Right before serving, combine together all the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend on low till the sauce is smooth.

SERVING
4) Into a deep serving dish, turn the meats and all the cooking juices and serve with the green sauce on the side. The sauce can be served in a sauce boat. Serve as a filling and delectable main course dish.
