Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Baking chocolate 3 Ounce
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned evaporated milk 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over a low flame
2) Add in the sugar and milk and stir well
3) Stir till the sauce is thickened
4) Tip in the vanilla
5) Reheat in a water bath to loosen before serving

SERVING
6) The saucepan be served over some good vanilla ice cream or some freshly cut fruits
