Asparagus White Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Plain flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From Drained Canned Asparagus)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
2) Stir in the flour, blend until smooth.
3) Cook for 1 to 2 minutes without browning.
4) Then stir in the milk and asparagus liquid, stir constantly and cook until the sauce comes to a boil and thickens.
5) Season with the salt and pepper to taste .

SERVING
6) Use the Cream Sauce as required.
