Mandarin Sauce

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low calorie apple jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, combine together all the ingredients except for the oranges.
2) Cook till the sauce is smooth and clear, constantly stirring.
3) Take the sauce off the heat and add the oranges. Stir well.

SERVING
4) Serve the Mandarin Sauce as and when preferred or required.
