Homemade Smokey Sweet BBQ Sauce

If you desire to have some sweet along with smokey taste and flavor for your meat. Use this as a marinade and its thicker form as a BBQ sauce. Enjoy food!!
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Medium-high heat the saucepan.
Add soy sauce, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, coriander, cumin, onion, garlic, chili pepper, and orange juice to the pan.
Bring them to boil until turns syrupy.
(This is used as marinade)
For barbecue sauce, boil until thick.
Cool them at room temperature.
