Chicken In Cherry Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken legs 26 Ounce
  Garlic cloves 2 , minced
  Minced ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Dried chili peppers 2
  Soy sauce 2
  Cherry punch 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Medium heat the saucepan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Add chicken legs, cover for 10 minutes.
Turn chicken.
Cover for 10 more minutes.
Cook until pink color disappears.
Drain any pan fat.
Add garlic, ginger, onion, chili peppers, soy sauce, cherry punch, and honey.
Increase heat as sauce boils.
Thicken sauce with sauce thickener.
Simmer, lower the heat for 5 minutes.
Cover pan, heat for another 10 minutes.
Top with parsley.
Set aside the pan, serve.
