Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Pound, diced
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a double boiler set-up, add in the heavy cream, water, cheddar cheese, mustard, salt and paprika.
2) Stir the mixture continously over hot water.
3) Let the mixture simmer till it smoothens.

SERVING
4) Serve the Cheese Sauce served over pasta, lasagna etc.
