Hot Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomato sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Tobasco sauce To Taste
  Sugar substitute 3 Gram (3 packets)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, melt the butter.
2) Toss in the onions and garlic. Saute till they turn golden brown.
3) Next, add in the tomato sauce, vinegar, tobasco sauce, sugar substitute, salt, mustard and water.
4) Let the mixture come to a boil.
5) Cover and store the sauce in refrigerator till further use.

SERVING
6) Serve the Hot Barbecue Sauce over grilled chicken.
