Tongue With Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
  Fat/Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Clove powder 1 Pinch
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Canned beef tongue 6 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (1 can)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized sauce pan, heat fat.
2. Once hot, add celery and onions and saute on a medium flame till onions start to brown.
3. Add remaining igredients (apart from beef), mix well and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add beef cubes and simmer for 2 to 3 more minutes.

SERVING
5. Place over bed of baked potatoes, noodles or spaghetti and serve hot.
