Medium White Sauce

Medium White Sauce is popular with my family, its sure to be so with your family too. Within 15 minutes dish can be made. This dish is perfect to be enjoyed both by the Vegetarian eaters and people who follow a Low Fat diet. If you have a lot of milk on hand then you know its time to make some dish. Trust me, once you taste this Medium White Sauce you are bound to prepare it again!
Ingredients
  Liquid butter buds 3 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine cornstarch and milk.
2) Mix to a smooth sauce.
3) Add in liquid Butter Buds, salt and pepper and stir constantly.
4) Place over medium heat and allow to boil for 1 minute.

SERVING
5) Use as the base sauce for pasta.
