Ling Ling's Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Potsticker sauce 1 Ounce (Ling Ling, 1 packet)
  Toasted sesame oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger 1 , grated
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a medium bowl and blend cornstarch, water, and sugar by stirring.
2. Add oil, Potsticker sauce and ginger and stir well until the ingredients get well blended.

SERVING
3. Serve the Ling Ling-€™s Stir Fry Sauce after adding the optional ingredients if desired.
