Morello Cherry Sauce
|Morello cherry jam||6 Ounce (175 g)|
|Red wine||1⁄4 Pint (150 ml)|
1 In a saucepan, combine the jam and the wine.
2 Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
3 Serve as desired.
This sauce can be made well in advance and re-heated just before serving.
