Morello Cherry Sauce

Ingredients
  Morello cherry jam 6 Ounce (175 g)
  Red wine 1⁄4 Pint (150 ml)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a saucepan, combine the jam and the wine.
2 Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.

SERVING
3 Serve as desired.

TIP
This sauce can be made well in advance and re-heated just before serving.
