Savory Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Green onion 1⁄4 Pound, coarsely chopped (1 bunch, (1 cup)
  Celery stalks 2 Large, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
  Tomato 1 , ripped, peeled and coarsely chopped
  White onion 1 Small, coarsely chopped
  Flat leaf parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Red wine vinegar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

MAKING

1) Take green onion, tomato, celery, white onion, garlic, parsley, oil, mustard, vinegar and red pepper flakes in a container of a food processor.
2) Blend them till all the vegetables are chopped.

SERVING

3) Serve the dish in a serving bowl.
