Horseradish Cream Sauce
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Horseradish||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|White vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Mix all the ingredients nicely whisking and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes at full power or until thick (whisk twice during the cooking).
3. Mix in the butter until it melts.
4. It can be served warm or at room temperature and can also be kept in the fridge for later use.
