  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together; blend thoroughly.

SERVING
2) Serve the 1 1/2 cups Louis Sauce on broiled or fried fish, in fish salads or on seafood cocktails.
