Jiffy Cheese Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced|
|Undiluted evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Dash|
|Processed sharp cheese||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
1) In a skillet, saute the onion in butter, until slightly tender.
2) Stir in rest of the ingredients.
3) Cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly blended.
4) Use the 2 cups Jiffy Cheese Sauce as required.
