Holiday Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 31 Ounce (2 Cans Of 15 1/4 Ounce, Undrained)
  Light corn syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Creme de menthe 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a heavy saucepan, combine pineapple and corn syrup.
2. Over medium heat, cook stirring frequently, until liquid evaporates. Allow it to cool.
3. Mix in creme de menthe.

SERVING
4. Serve the sauce over vanilla ice cream, or store in airtight container in refrigerator.
