Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), freshly ground
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Light cream 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Blend thoroughly and stir over a low heat until heated through.

SERVING
3) Serve the 5/8 cup Horseradish Sauce with meat or as desired.
