Homemade Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic clove 4 Medium, minced
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Green chili 1⁄2 Medium, seeded and sliced
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all of the ingredients except for the oil in a bowl.
2. Slowly whisk in the oil.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Let sauce sit for at least 30 minutes so flavors will meld.

SERVING
5. Serve with beef steak, chicken or pork.
