Sweet 'N Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple tidbits 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), sliced
  Thin lemon slices 2 , quartered, unpeeled
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Pineapple preserves 1 Ounce (1 Jar)
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain the pineapple tidbits. Collect the liquid.
2) Into the blender, add in the garlic, lemon, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and pineapple syrup. Blend till the lemon slices are finely chopped.
3) Into a saucepan, add in the blended mixture.
4) Mix in the pineapple preserves and pineapple tidbits.
5) Cook the mixture on low flame, while stirring constantly.
6) The sauce must be thick and clear by the end of the cooking time.

SERVING
7) Serve the Sweet and Sour Sauce alongside steaks and grilled meat.
