Spicy Sour Cream Sauce For Hot Dogs
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Blender Made)|
|Mustard||2 Tablespoon (Prepared)|
|Green onions||2 , cut in 1 inch slices (Each One 5 Inch In Length)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a blender jar, put together 1/2 cup sour cream and all remaining ingredients; process at low speed for about 3-5 seconds until onion is chopped finely.
2. Stop the blender and add remaining sour cream.
3. Push ingredients near the blades, blend at low speed; frequently switch on and off until sauce is blended well into a smooth paste.
4. Serve Spicy Sour Cream Sauce with hot dogs or smoked sausage links.
