Mango Sauce

Ingredients
  Mangoes 2
  Granulated sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Orange liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a peeler, peel off the skin and remove the seed
2) Chop the fruit roughly and keep aside
3) Into a saucepan, add the sugar and water and cook over a medium flame
4) Cook till all the sugar gets dissolved
5) Blend the cooked mango pulp with the liqueur till smooth
6) Pour into a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 - 3 days till use

SERVING
7) Serve with some good vanilla ice cream
