Quick and Easy Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In the top of a double boiler, place mayonnaise.
2) Add hot water to blend, by stirring until heated through.
3) Stir in lemon juice.

SERVING
4) Serve the sauce by pouring over broccoli, asparagus or other vegetables.
