Sauce Supreme

Sauce supreme makes a wonderful accompaniment to crepes. As it is crepes are always liked by everyone as a meal or dessert, the sauce makes dish quite a treat. Sauce supreme is mostly a mother sauce or base sauce for many other sauces.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, melt butter and add flour. Stir until smooth.
2) Add chicken broth and milk gradually.
3) Cook the mixture until thickened on medium heat.
4) Add salt and pepper to season.

SERVING
5) Pour hot sauce over crepes and serve.
