Sour Cream Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), preferably blender-made
  Dijon mustard/Mustard - 1/4 cup, prepared 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tabasco sauce 2 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender jar, put together all ingredients in the same sequence as given in the ingredient list.
2. Process at low speed; frequently switch on and off until ingredients are well blended.
3. Using a rubber spatula, push ingredients into the blade until a smooth sauce is formed.

SERVING
4. Serve Sour Cream Mustard Sauce with ham or cold cuts or salty corned beef.
