Ingredients
  Pears 600 Gram, chopped (Peeled, Cored)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Preserved ginger 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all ingredients in a large pan with one cup water and simmer over moderate heat till thick

SERVING
2. Serve chilled with ice cream
