Raspberry Sauce Using Raspberry Liqueur

Ingredients
  Frozen unsweetened raspberries 300 Gram (1 Package)
  Fruit sugar/Berry sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberry jam 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberry liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain the raspberries and reserve the juice
2) Into a blender, add the raspberries, sugar and jam
3) Blend till smooth
4) Sieve the pulp into a bowl to remove the seeds
5) Add the liqueur
6) Ad d the reserved juice into the sauce to thin a little bit
7) Check for sweetness and add more sugar if required
8) Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours

SERVING
9) Serve with some good vanilla ice-cream
