Oniony Barbecue Sauce for Burgers
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped|
|Condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) Take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Cook celery until tender.
2) Add flour and then stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until sauce is adequately thickened (makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce).
3) Serve as barbecue sauce for hamburgers.
