Ribs With Apricot Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 large clove, minced
salad oil - 2 tablespoons
Condensed beef broth - 1 can (10 1/2 ounces)
Apricot preserves (12-ounce jar) - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 4 teaspoons
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and cook onion and garlic in it until tender.
2) Add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
3) Serve as barbecue sauce for spareribs.
