Amaretto Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
Semisweet or bittersweet chocolate - 8 ounces, broken into pieces
Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon
Amaretto liqueur - 1 teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter. The ingredients are to be melted over hot, not boiling, water.
2) Take the mixture off the heat and add the liqueur. Stir well.

SERVING
3) Serve the hot sauce over ice cream.
