Orange Honey Sauce for Roasted Poultry
Orange sections cut-up - 2/3 cup
Orange juice - 1/2 cup
Honey - 1/3 cup
Cornstarch - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Grated orange rind - 1/2 teaspoon
1. Take a saucepan, add chicken broth, orange sections, orange juice, honey, cornstarch, lemon juice and grated orange rind.
2. Simmer and cook until mixture thickens. Stir the mixture at occasional intervals.
3. Serve Orange Honey with Cornish hens or any roasted poultry like turkey, duck, chicken or quails.
