Blender White Sauce

Ingredients
THIN:
Milk - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
Butter or margarine - 1 tablespoon
MEDIUM:
Milk - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons
THICK:
Milk - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Butter or margarine - 3 tablespoons
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blender jar, put together milk, flour, butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt; blend until mixture is smooth.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, heat the mixture with constant stirring until sauce is bubbly.

SERVING
3. Serve Blender White Sauce with sandwiches or with your favorite snack.
