Ingredients
  Grated horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cream/Evaporated milk / evaporated milk 1/8 pint and cream 1/8 pint 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Rub the horseradish hard in order to remove its peel.
2.Grate the horseradish finely.

MAKING
3.Whisk cream and/or evaporated milk.
4.Add vinegar, grated horseradish, sugar and mustard.
5.Mix well.

SERVING
6.Serve the sauce with fried chicken or roast beef.
