Autumn Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
  Whole berry cranberry sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon, firmly packed
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Unsweetened orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh pineapple 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finely chopped
  Unpeeled apple 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium-size non-aluminum saucepan, add first 6 ingredients.
2) Stir well to combine.
3) Add chopped pineapple and apple.
4) Place over low heat to cook for 5 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring frequently.

SERVING
5) Serve the sauce warm with chicken, turkey, or pork.
