Salmon With Herbed Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh chives/1/2 teaspoon dried chives 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh tarragon/1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salmon steak 1 Pound (2 Steaks Totaling 1 Pound)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat boiler.

MAKING
2) Make a mixture of mustard, herbs, and sour cream and keep it aside.
3) Clean and rinse the salmon and pat it to dry.
4) Now, apply some melted butter and broil it for 5-7 minutes both sides.
5) Apply mustard sauce and broil it for a couple of minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve the salmon herbed with mustard sauce.
