Raisin Wine Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Currant jelly||10 Ounce (1 Jar)|
1. Combine all ingredients except jelly in a saucepan.
2. Cook, stirring constantly on medium low for 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
3. Add in jelly and stir until it melts and blends into the sauce.
4. Serve Raisin Wine Sauce with ham.
