Masam Pedas Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Peel of red onion 1 Small
  Dried chile 3 (small pieces)
  Lime 1⁄2
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Salmon mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet and sour sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Salt water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (a little)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (a little)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut the 4 cloves of garlic into small tiny pieces,
cut the peel of small red onion into 4 pieces,
cut each of 3 pieces of small dried chilli into 3 slices then put them(garlic,red onion,dried chilli) along another ingredients
into a blender,
then break an egg and put it into the blender
and also put 1/4 cup of plain water
and squeeze the 1/2 lime to juice into that blender
and add the little of water of salt and the little of sugar together,
then blend them till well.
After that cook that blended sauces into a pan with sunflower oil or olive oil till heat and smell fragrant.
