|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chicken seasoned stock base||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a pan melt butter, blend in arrowroot, Bon Appetit, MSG, pepper, seasoned stock base and water and cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture thickens.
2. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and dill weed.
3. Heat without allowing it to boil.
4. Serve over boiled potatoes, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, peas, asparagus or carrots.
