Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1
  Cucumber 1
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop the onion and cucumber and keep separately aside.

MAKING
2. Cook onions in butter until soft but not brown.
3. Add chopped cucumber to the sour cream along with vinegar, salt and onion.

SERVING
4. Season to taste and serve.
