Caper Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Msg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken seasoned stock base 3 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Turmeric 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Whole allspice 4
  Bay leaves 2
  Whole cloves 2
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped capers 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan melt butter, stir in flour and cook over low heat, stirring, 2 minutes.
2. Do not let it brown and mix well adding seasonings then stirring in water and milk.
3. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and simmer reducing heat uncovered, 20 minutes.
4. Add cream and cook 5 minutes longer, strain and stir in capers.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with fish, broiled chicken, roast lamb, lobster, tongue, cauliflower or asparagus.
