Soya and Sherry Sauce's picture
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Arrowroot 1 Teaspoon

1) In an ovenproof 1 pint jug, combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
2) On high power, cook for 3 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick, stirring as required.

3) Use the Soya and Sherry Sauce as required in your recipes.
