Spiced Hard Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), powdered
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl cream butter until light and fluffy, beat in sugar and spices and chill.

SERVING
2. Serve with plum pudding, fruit cobblers, mincemeat pie, bread puddings and other steamed puddings.
