Sauce Caviar

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Msg)
  Powdered horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black caviar 2 Tablespoon (Giant Grain)
  Cognac 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly, but gently.
2) Allow to stand for minimum 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
3) Refrigerate the sauce, until required.

SERVING
4) Use the Sauce Caviar as required, or serve with broiled shrimp and lobsters.
