Peanut Butter Marshmallow Sauce

Ingredients
  Peanut butter pieces 5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Over low heat, melt the peanut butter pieces in light cream, constantly stirring.
2) Add the marshmallows and stir well till they have melted.
3) Take the mixture off the heat and add the vanilla.

SERVING
4) Serve the Peanut Butter Marshmallow Sauce while it is still warm or chill it before serving. Makes a good topping for ice cream and cakes.
