Shrimp And Lobster With Sauce Caviar

Ingredients
  Raw shrimp 1 Pound
  Rock lobster tails 4
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bon appetit 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fish garni 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Fennel seeds 9 , crushed
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For sauce caviar
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Msg)
  Powdered horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Black caviar 2 Tablespoon (Giant Grain)
  Cognac 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, combine all the Sauce Caviar ingredients together and mix thoroughly, but gently.
2) Allow to stand for minimum 1 hour for the flavors to blend, then refrigerate until needed.
3) Preheat the broiler.

MAKING
4) Clean the shrimp and lobster tails, then cook and cube the lobster tails.
5) Thread the shrimp and lobster onto skewers.
6) In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in rest of the ingredients.
7) Brush the shrimp and lobster tails, thoroughly with this seasoned butter .
8) Broil from heat for 3 minutes, then turn and brush again and broil, until lightly browned.

SERVING
9) Serve the Shrimp and Lobster immediately with Sauce Caviar.
