Meat Loaf Baked In Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Potato 1 Medium
  Eggs 2 Small, lightly beaten
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Powdered horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Season all 1 Tablespoon
  Catchup 3 Tablespoon
  Milk/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Rub potatoes and remove the skin.
2.Grate the potatoes to have 1 cup after grating.
3.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
4.Combine beef, potatoes, horseradish, minced onion, garlic, black pepper, MSG, season all, catsup and milk or water.
5.Make a loaf of the mixture.
6.Take a shallo baking pan, put the loaf on it and put sauce.
7.Bake the loaf for 1 hour 15 minutes.

SERVING
8.Serve warm after cutting in slices.
